How You Can Heal Your Diseases By Yourselves?

Whenever we feel any problem in our organs, we run to the doctor. We all know that he/she only can cure us and definitely they do. Have we ever thought we also can cure ourselves? I also didn’t believe on that. After reading the great book by Louise Hay  “You Can Heal Your Life” my thinking has been changed towards my dis-eases.

The book taught me that our body itself has the superpower to cure any dis-ease. So I thought I should share what I have learned from that book with my readers and how can you overcome your so-called diseases.

In this article, we will discuss some common health problems, their root causes and how you can heal them simply by changing your thought pattern.

Here I am not giving you any home remedies or health tips to prevent or cure your health issues. Here I will try to change your way of thinking toward yourselves and your dis-eases.

These simple affirmations you will be reading today proved to be the best gift you can give to yourselves.

So let’s start.

Problem:  Acne
Cause:  Not accepting/criticizing the self and comparing with others.
New thought pattern:  I am a Divine expression of life. I love and accept myself where I am right now.

Problem:  Anxiety
Cause:  Not trusting the flow and the process of life.
New thought pattern: I love and approve of myself and I trust the process of life. I am safe.

Problem: Indigestion
Cause: fear and insecurities. Judging the emotions.
New thought pattern: I am safe. My feelings are normal and acceptable. Life is safe and joyous.

Problem: Arthritis
Cause: feeling unloved, criticism, resentment
New thought pattern: I choose to love myself and I see others with love.

Problem: Asthma
Cause: Inability to breathe for one’s self. Feeling stifled. Suppressed crying.
New thought pattern: It is safe now for me to take charge of my own life. I choose to be free.

Problem: Blood pressure
Cause: Long-standing emotional problem not solved. Overthinking and stress
New thought pattern: I joyously release the past. I am at peace.

Problem: Bronchitis
Cause: inflamed family environment, arguments and yelling
New thought pattern: I declare peace and harmony within me and around me. All is well.

Problem: Cholesterol
Cause: clogging the channels of joy. fear of accepting joy.
New thought pattern: I choose to love my life. My channels of Joy wide open. It is safe to receive.

Problem: Constipation
Cause: fear of letting go. holding on to the past.
New thought pattern: I easily release that which I no longer need. The past is over, and I am free.

Problem: Coughs
Cause: A desire to bark at the world. “See me! Listen to me!”
New thought pattern: I am noticed and appreciated in the most positive ways. I am loved.

Problem: Depression
Cause: anger you feel that you don’t have a right to have. Hopelessness.
New thought pattern: I now go beyond other people’s fear and limitations. I create my life.

Problem: Diabetes
Cause: longing for what might have been. upgrade me to control. deep sorrow. no sweetness left.
New thought patterns: This moment is filled with joy. I not used to experience the sweetness of today.

Problem: kidney stones
Cause: a lump of undissolved anger.
New thought pattern: I dissolve all past problems with ease.

Problem: Migraine
Cause: Dislike of being driven. Resisting the flow of life.
New thought pattern: I relax into the flow of life and let life provide all that I need easily and comfortably. life is for me.

Problem: Obesity
Cause: fear, need for protection. running away from feeling. Insecurity, self-rejection, seeking fulfillment.
New thought pattern: I am at peace with my own feelings. I create my own security. I love and approve of myself.

Problem: Thyroid
Cause: Humiliation. “ I never get to do what I want to do. when is it going to be my turn?”
New thought pattern: I move beyond old limitations and now I love myself to express freely and creatively.

These are the very common dis-eases I mentioned above. But there are some chronic dis-eases that also can be healed by changing your way of thinking.

The dis-ease whether it is common or chronic occurs when we suppress our feelings, neglect or criticize ourselves, don’t trust our abilities, overthink about the past.

By accepting and loving ourselves, we can heal not only our physical body but also can improve our mental immunity.
